Quebec Pizzeria

Called for delivery, woman answered and put me on hold for 15 min but only put the reciever down so I could hear her whole life story as she shared it with a customer she knows. I finally hung and called their 2nd number printed on their takeout menu, man answered ( think its the owner), told him the situation and he said it was normal and was arguing with me that the woman put me on hold for only 10 min not 15. I explained to him wether it was 10 or 15 min did not matter, when you have a paying customer on the phone waiting to give their order you make sure you don't make them waste 15 min waiting just because you have other priorities such as sharing all the details of your life. I finally told the boss that I would call another restaurant where they consider customer service a priority to which he answered, "go ahead!" This is the last time I ever spend money there.

Nothing special when it comes to decorating but the food has always been great. I love their Greek salad with grilled chicken.

Excellent pizza got the one with onions and bacon....😁👍👌delish...maybe a dollar or two more than some other places.....BUT WORTH IT.
